The Smart Skimmer is the current state-of-the-art in waste water processing. It combines the technologies of the Flow Controlled the Fixed Weir skimmers and provides 100% oil recovery! No oil cap is left on the surface.

 

The Smart Skimmer processes fluid constantly in your tank or sump and separates highly concentrated oil from process water at the skimmer head eliminating the need for a stand-alone oily water separator.

 

The Smart Skimmer works using a simple and effective two stage process. The self adjusting weir provides a constant surface skim. The skimmer is pumped out when a sufficient amount of oil is sensed in the sump.
